These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and laki97 governing your access to and use of the laki97 platform, including the casino, sportsbook, and all associated services. 1.4 These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English regardless of any translation that may be provided for convenience.
2.1 The laki97 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies universally to all laki97 services including casino games, sports betting, and any promotional activity.

The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. laki97 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit all bonuses associated with duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings generated from duplicate accounts pending investigation.
3.3 Players are solely responsible for the security of their laki97 account credentials, including their username and password. laki97 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. 3.4 Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. laki97 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used by or shared with an unauthorised third party.
3.5 Players must keep their registered account details up to date. laki97 may request confirmation of details at any time and may suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
4.1 laki97 is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, prior to allowing continued gameplay or access to promotional offers.
4.2 laki97 may request the following documents at any time, including at the point of withdrawal:

Failure to do so within the stated timeframe may result in account restriction, withdrawal delays, or account closure. 5.2 Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the Player's laki97 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process. laki97 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to technical availability. Where this is not possible, laki97 will contact the Player to arrange an alternative withdrawal method. laki97 does not accept withdrawal requests to third-party accounts, accounts held in names other than the registered Player, or anonymous payment methods.
5.4 Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours during business days. laki97 does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees over which laki97 has no control.
5.5 laki97 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, anti-fraud review, or AML checks. Players will be notified of any such hold and informed of the steps required to release the funds.
6.1 laki97 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of the offer, including eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, and expiry dates.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Actions that laki97 considers to constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using third-party software to exploit bonus terms; placing bets designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising actual risk; and coordinated play with other accounts to exploit promotional offers.
6.4 laki97 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of a promotional offer, or disqualify a Player from a promotion at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Player is abusing the promotional system.
6.5 Where a Player's account is closed or they choose to self-exclude, any bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are forfeited. Real money deposits are not affected by this clause.
7.1 All sports bets placed at laki97 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and betting market, as published in the laki97 sportsbook. Cricket betting markets including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs are subject to the cricket betting rules published in the relevant section of the platform.
7.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is submitted and confirmed by laki97. laki97 reserves the right to refuse a bet or limit the stakes accepted from any Player without providing a reason.
7.3 In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error in odds, laki97 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account balance. Where a Player has already been paid out erroneously, laki97 reserves the right to recover the erroneous payment from the Player's account balance.
7.4 laki97 does not accept bets from individuals with inside information related to the outcome of an event. Any Player found to have placed bets using non-public information may have their bets voided and their account suspended.
7.5 Match abandonment, postponement, and special event rules are set out in the individual sport rules sections within the laki97 sportsbook. Players are advised to review these rules before placing bets on time-sensitive markets.
8.1 All casino games available on the laki97 platform are operated by third-party game providers licensed in their respective jurisdictions. Game rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and betting limits are governed by the individual game provider's published specifications.
8.2 laki97 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be removed, suspended, or modified by the game provider without prior notice to laki97. laki97 will endeavour to notify Players of material changes to the game catalogue where reasonably practicable.
8.3 In the event of a disconnection during a game session, laki97 maintains a record of all game states. If a disconnection occurs mid-round, the game result will be determined by the game server's last recorded state upon reconnection. laki97 accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues outside of laki97's control.
8.4 Live casino games are governed by the additional rules of the relevant live dealer studio provider. The dealer's decisions in live games are final once the betting period has closed.

11.1 laki97 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the laki97 platform. By accepting these Terms, Players also accept the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement.
11.2 laki97 does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of platform operation, payment processing, identity verification, and regulatory compliance.
11.3 Players have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of their personal data held by laki97. Data subject requests can be submitted to [email protected] (displayed as plain text — not a clickable link).
12.1 All content on the laki97 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and the laki97 brand name — is the intellectual property of laki97 or its licensors. 12.2 Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any laki97 content without the express prior written consent of laki97. Unauthorised use of laki97 intellectual property may result in legal action.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, laki97 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Player's use of the laki97 platform, including losses arising from: internet service failures; third-party payment processing delays; errors in game software operated by third-party providers; or any force majeure event.
13.2 laki97's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant claim.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
14.1 laki97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; AML concerns; failure to complete KYC verification; or behaviour that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
14.2 Where an account is closed by laki97 for a breach of these Terms, the Player's real money balance (excluding bonus funds) at the time of closure will be returned to the Player after deduction of any amounts owed to laki97, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification.
14.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their laki97 account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any eligible real money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method upon closure.
15.1 laki97 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, laki97 will notify registered Players by email and/or via a notice displayed on the platform at least fourteen (14) days before the amendments take effect, except where earlier implementation is required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.
15.2 It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the most recent version of the Terms.
15.3 If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must stop using the laki97 platform and may close their account by contacting support prior to the effective date of the changes.
16.1 These Terms and all disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which laki97 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to that jurisdiction's conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Players who have a complaint or dispute with laki97 are encouraged to first contact laki97 support to seek resolution. laki97 operates an internal complaints handling procedure and aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
16.3 Where a complaint cannot be resolved through laki97's internal procedure, Players may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under laki97's gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution authority are available upon request from laki97 support.
